Our first steps are aimed at covering the different dimensions in which the culture of wine plays a leading role: knowledge, expressions, customs and traditions, lifestyles, landscapes and experiences, sociological, ethnographic and anthropological background, scientific, technological and technical developments that have arisen and will continue to arise through the process of human evolution.

The culture of wine will also be a promoter of sustainable development, social sustainability and a driving force for economic and cultural development.
